Registration Information:

  • You will receive an invoice for your payment.

  • Please note that registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.

  • If you register as a student you should e-mail proof of student status to congress secretariat.
     

Cancellation and Refunds:


Notification of cancellation and refund requests must be submitted before 31 MAY 2009 in writing to the Conference secretariat. The fee for cancellations received before 31 MAY 2009 is € 50,00. For cancellations after 1 June 2009 no refunds will be given.

Delegates who cannot attend may under certain conditions, name a substitute to take their registration. Please contact the conference secretariat should this apply to you at ciosta2009@unirc.it.
